After sell-out concerts of Orff’s spectacular Carmina Burana at Sydney Recital Hall and In Paradisum at St James, the Choir comes to the Neilson at Walsh Bay with Time and Tide - the third edition of its much-loved concert series fusing classical, jazz and popular song returns — this time celebrating the beauty and rhythm of the changing seasons. At 5pm and 8pm on Saturday 19 September!

Following two critically acclaimed, sold-out performances at the 2026 Adelaide Cabaret Festival, Monsieur Camembert’s theatrical concert Cohen Noir has captivated audiences and critics alike with its powerful performances, evocative storytelling and breathtaking musicianship. Weaving together cinematic arrangements, swing, tango, folk, world music influences and lush strings with Leonard Cohen’s songs, poetry and prose, this theatrical concert features a stellar ensemble of musicians, special guest vocalists and a community choir, creating a rich, emotionally resonant experience that reveals the beauty, mystery and romance at the heart of Leonard Cohen’s extraordinary body of work.

Premiere season from 8-18 October 2026 at Randwick Town Hall, Sydney.
Written and produced by Eliane Morel and Merran Hughes. Composer, Joanna Weinberg and Musical Director, Daryl Wallis, have developed the catchy tunes and incredible score. Laugh and cry as we follow the inspiring journey of Australia’s pioneering female swimmers. There are setbacks! There is betrayal! But ultimately the feisty women make history and stay true to themselves. We follow their friendship, their rivalry, their struggles against sexism, and the journey that took them to the 1912 Stockholm Olympics to compete in the 100 metres freestyle. The musical is narrated by Annette Kellerman, a competitive swimmer and entrepeneur, who modernised women’s swimwear and became both a health guru and Hollywood movie star.
